Return

  1. Attach the return label provided in the package and send it back
  2. We will refund you once the return has reached our warehouse*
  3. You will get a printed receipt from the employee at the service point including the shipment number of the parcel. Please keep this as proof of postage.

Claim

If your product is damaged and you need to make a claim.
  1. E-mail a photo of the damaged product along with a written description, clearly showing the issue to team-new-horizon@vaimo.com
  2. Please do not send the claim in return
  3. Once our customer service has handled and approved your claim, we will contact you and make a refund

Non-EU countries (incl. UK)

This Is How You Make A Return

  1. Pack the products you wish to return in the same parcel as they were delivered.
  2. Please return your goods within 90 days of receipt to the address stated below. You can choose to send it back using any postal service as long as it is a door-to-door sending, it can not be send to a pick-up point.
Note! You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel, and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore we recommend for you to keep the receipt from the postal service as proof of postage in case you'll need it.Please be informed that return charges will be at customer's expense. New Horizon cannot refund any delivery, tax or duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.
